We provide trading education, courses, mentorship, trading signals, market analysis, trading support and, under a separate agreement, account management services relating to Forex, cryptocurrency and international stock markets. Service details, prices and inclusions are confirmed to you before you sign up.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for making sure that using our services is permitted under the laws of your country.

4. Your account and access
- Keep any login details, course access or private group links confidential and do not share them.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or sign up.
- We will never ask for your broker, bank or email passwords. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent us.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for courses, signals, mentorship or other services are shown or confirmed to you before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance. Subscription services continue until cancelled. Refund terms, if any, are set out in the offer you accept.
6. Account management agreements
Account management is provided only under a separate written agreement that sets out the risk limits, profit-sharing (Mudarabah) terms, reporting and termination rights. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the account management agreement applies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our signals, courses, videos or materials without our written permission.
- Use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.
- Impersonate Mudarabah Markets or our team.
We may suspend or end your access without refund if you breach these rules.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our services, including text, graphics, logos, course materials and videos, belongs to Mudarabah Markets or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it only for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

Our website includes content and links from third parties, such as TradingView charts, brokers and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
